All content on this Site — including project descriptions, images, renders, floor plans, amenity visuals, pricing, and offers — is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Renders and photographs are artist's impressions and representative visuals; actual specifications, layouts, dimensions, amenities, and finishes may vary and are subject to final approved plans and the agreement for sale executed with the Promoter.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, invitation to offer, contract, or legally binding commitment of any kind. Pricing, offers (including any pre-EMI or payment scheme), and availability shown on this Site are indicative, subject to change without notice, and must be confirmed directly with the Promoter or its authorised representatives before you make any decision.
4. RERA Disclaimer
The subject projects — "August Towers Ph 1" (MahaRERA Registration No. P52100048195) and "August Towers Ph 2" (MahaRERA Registration No. PM1261012600913) — are registered for a defined portion of a larger project comprising multiple buildings. Other vertical and horizontal sections depicted on this Site are not part of the registered projects referenced above and will be registered separately in due course.
This Site and any correspondence arising from it are offered strictly in relation to the apartments registered under the above MahaRERA numbers. Details of these registrations, including the sanctioned layout and specifications, are available on the official MahaRERA website: https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to verify all project details independently on the MahaRERA website before making any purchase decision.

Goldentree Consultant acts solely as an authorised marketing and channel partner for August Towers, engaged to generate enquiries and provide marketing assistance on behalf of BramhaCorp Ltd. Goldentree Consultant is not the promoter, developer, or owner of the project, and has no authority — express or implied — to make any representation, give any assurance, offer any discount or scheme, alter project specifications, or otherwise bind the Promoter in any manner.
All decisions relating to the project — including but not limited to design, specifications, construction, pricing, offers, allotment, booking, agreements for sale, and possession — rest solely and exclusively with BramhaCorp Ltd. as the registered promoter. Any booking, payment, or agreement must be made directly with, and in the name of, the Promoter or its officially designated collection channel. Prospective buyers should not rely on any verbal or written representation made by the channel partner that is inconsistent with the Promoter's official documentation and RERA filings.
6. Intellectual Property
The BramhaCorp name, logo, "August Towers" project name and branding, and all related trademarks are the property of BramhaCorp Ltd. and/or its licensors. All text, graphics, images, layouts, and other content on this Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to extract data from the Site without prior written consent.
